Lost Cacao
In our highly developed world news travels quickly around the globe whenever there is a discovery of a new species of either plant or animal. That's what happened here with the Pure Nacional Cacao. The difference being that this type of cacao was believed to be extinct. Up till then it was considered by many to be the best cacao in the world. My involvement in this find and the resulting project was pure luck.
Below find the link to the press release from the January 11, 2011 at ICE school in New York City, where the biggest discovery in the cacao world was being announced.
